Review

I was given this book for a honest review
Igor Finley or Fin to his friends is an ex Marine suffering from PTSD and a single dad to two toddlers. After being discharged from the Corp he decides to go back to college and thanks to his friends is persuaded to take a psychology class.
Hannah Walker is the tutor of this class is holding out for her ideal job teaching by the coast. She wants this job and is not interested in an ideal relationship.
Unbeknown to them both they are friends with the same people and they just went them both to be happy.
From their first meeting they are attracted to each other but Hannah tries and fights it as he is her student.
This story is well written and the back story of Fin's PTSD is written sensitively. With Fin's history explained you can feel the turmoil of him falling in love but also trying to support her whilst she peruses her ideal career, knowing that him and his children could lose her soon.
This is a proper love story and I really enjoyed reading it. This book finishes with scope for more stories
